Jack RisendalJack Risendal is an experienced HR professional and executive coach with over 36 years of experience in the utility industry. He has served in a variety of roles that includes director-Human Resources, director-Supply Chain Management, and director-Commercial Operations Training. Included in his background are roles in Finance and Operations. Through this diverse background, he delivers practical, operational, and financial results. He has a strong ability to mitigate difficult situations and offer solutions that serves both sides of the challenge. He has extensive experience working on the business side of HR, providing strategic and business advice for issues involving both union and nonunion employees. As director-Human Resources, he developed master plans for the treatment of employees impacted by the shuttering and or sale of generation plants in Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Illinois, Indiana, and Virginia. He also led a substantial diversity initiative on respect in the workplace.

He develops excellent relationships through creating a trusting and open environment. Leadership accountability is a point of emphasis.

Jack graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business-Finance; he received his Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University. He also has a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a certificate in Employee Relations and Law from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.
