Lynne is a Leadership Coach and OD Specialist for ELP. She earned her Master of Science from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Notre Dame. For many, organizational development is a purely theoretical exercise, but that’s not her.  Instead, Lynne brings a deeply practical, frontline perspective to our team.  Proving her mettle in one of the world’s most demanding and unforgiving industries, Lynne spent sixteen years as a Registered Nurse, building an invaluable, firsthand understanding of team dynamics and high-stakes communication in the world of healthcare operations.

Armed with over a decade of enterprise-wide leadership strategy and training experience, Lynne has made a massive impact on the healthcare environment. In particular, she’s led with distinction to design and execute major development strategies supporting over 200 leaders and 2,000 team members, guiding new leaders through onboarding programs that bridge early-stage performance gaps and drive long-term transition effectiveness.

A natural facilitator and master instructor, Lynne holds specialized expertise in driving cultural transformation and accountability. Experienced in facilitating discussions and training using the principles of 𝐶𝑟𝑢𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝐶𝑜𝑛𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 and 𝐶𝑟𝑢𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝐴𝑐𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑦, she specializes in building sustainable leadership course pipelines. True to ELP’s commitment to high standards, Lynne has spent over a decade holding the credential of Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She also boasts specialized ATD certificates in Instructional Design, Coaching, and Consulting Skills, alongside a Change Management Specialist certification.

Her competitive advantage lies in her people-centered approach, seamlessly blending her rigorous clinical background with a passion for coaching leaders to bolster communication and team performance.

When she isn’t helping teams bridge communication gaps and elevate their operational culture, Lynne loves exploring the outdoors.  She also spends her time traveling, hiking, and biking. Like other ELP leaders, Lynne brings an energetic focus to everything she does—always looking for ways to foster growth and help leaders cross their own organizational finish lines.
