Art is a Leadership Coach and OD Specialist for ELP. He earned his M.S. in IT Management from the University of Virginia. Of particular note, Art holds distinctive and sought-after credentials such as the Design Thinking Certification and the Prosci Change Practitioner Certification.

Art boasts more than 30 years of work experience in major corporate leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, VP of Architecture) across prestigious organizations such as Microsoft, Capital One, PwC, and FICO. Along his journey, he led and directed technical teams to successfully build multimillion-dollar software products and services and oversaw the growth of a technology consulting practice from startup to a high-performing 100+ person organization.

Art also differentiates himself through his international reach. For instance, he spent more than two years in the UK leading a $100 million+ app modernization program for a major bank and spearheaded development of a major enterprise software platform utilized by the top 10 global banks. Art’s true competitive advantage, though, rests in his uncanny ability to integrate the human and relational aspects of organizational life into highly technical fields to drive unparalleled results.

With credentials and experience like that, it’s a wonder that Art finds time to sleep. Art is fluent in both Russian and English and is an avid traveler. He also enjoys hiking. And, to nobody’s surprise on the ELP team, Art is a voracious reader who can recommend a good book on the spot.
