Art is a Leadership Coach and OD Specialist for ELP. He earned his M.S. in IT Management from the University of Virginia. Art is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the number one accrediting body in all of executive/leadership coaching—the International Coaching Federation. While some may collect credentials as a decorative exercise, this couldn’t be farther from the truth with Art. His track record of leveraging his many certifications is nothing short of eye watering. Given that ELP tends to operate in high-hazard/high risk industries, a strong technical basis is non-negotiable, and nobody models that better than Art.

Art boasts over 30 years of work experience in major corporate leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, VP of Architecture) across prestigious organizations such as Microsoft, Capital One, PwC, and FICO. Along his journey, he led and directed technical teams to successfully build multi-million-dollar software products and services, and oversaw the growth of a technology consulting practice from startup to a high-performing 100+ person organization.  Art also differentiates himself by his international reach. For instance, he spent over 2 years in the UK leading a $100M+ app modernization program for a major bank, and spearheaded development of a major enterprise software platform utilized by the top 10 global banks. Art’s true competitive advantage, though, rests in his uncanny ability to integrate the human and relational aspects of organizational life into highly technical fields to drive unparalleled results.

With street cred like that, it’s a wonder that Art finds time to sleep. Fluent in both Russian and English, Art’s an avid traveler. He also enjoys hiking. And, to nobody’s surprise on the ELP team, Art is a voracious reader and can recommend a good book on the spot.
