Becky Arruda
Leadership Coach

Becky is an Executive/Leadership Coach and OD Specialist for ELP. Becky is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University. We’re proud that she’s on the ELP team, as she’s also a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) from an ICF-accredited program.
Becky’s unquestioned legitimacy comes from years of leadership coaching grounded in extensive real-world leadership experience. She excelled in many hard HR jobs at Dominion Energy, one of our nation’s largest utilities. In HR and OD spaces, she’s done it all to include: executive succession planning, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations, and performance management. She served as a trusted advisor to executives overseeing both management and union-represented workforces across multiple business units and states. This experience gives Becky uncommon credibility and a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face, allowing her to coach with both empathy and authority.
One only needs to look at Becky’s portfolio of smart tools to understand how she’s been so successful; they include a Six Sigma Black Belt designation, certification in Korn Ferry 360 & Leadership Architect tools, and her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) stamp.
At ELP, Becky holds high distinction as an expert in our proprietary Strategic Performance Management (SPM) Process. Becky has coached leaders through the development of countless simplified, strategic One-Page Plans. Recently, she’s done so at one of the world’s largest utilities responsible for providing electricity and energy to keep the most powerful city in the world lit and moving. We’d like to think that Becky shares in some of their success.
To be sure, Becky’s contribution to ELP extends beyond building simplified, strategic One-Page Plans. In fact, executives clamor for her because she’s known as a no-nonsense, results-oriented leadership coach.
When not building simplified, strategic One-Page Plans for ELP, Becky can often be found reading, traveling, hiking, and volunteering with Blood Cancer United and NMDP, and serving as a Board member of River City Inclusive Gym.
