Garbage in, garbage out. Meaningless noise on the TV, on the computer, on the radio. In keeping with this month’s theme of positivity, we are proud to support Chris Jones and his BLOG. Chris Jones, a member of the ELP team, writes a positive, upbeat, motivational blog. If you are looking for some good, amidst some of the bad, we encourage you to follow our lead and visit Chris’s blog at: www.mysimpleinspiration.com.

Of course, this is just another example of the exemplary talent here at ELP; we are proud of Chris Jones and the rest of our ELP team.

Terry Ellis has been with ELP from the early days, and we want to share her tremendous accomplishment of earning her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems with Fielding Graduate University.

Terry’s systemic and dynamic approach in coaching leaders and teams integrates multiple perspectives including business strategy, transformational change, process improvement, leadership and team effectiveness and organizational culture to name a few. She has significantly contributed to the improvement and effectiveness of organizations in a variety of industries including nuclear, transport, pharmaceutical, health care, chemical, and non-profit.

Terry is strongly committed to developing leaders at all levels, from front-line supervisors to senior executives. She develops coaching relationships built on trust and collaboration, while invoking a sense of urgency leading to transformational change and exceeding an organization's results.

We are proud of our ELP team, as we feel that we are without peer in terms of experience, education, and credentials. To see the talent on our bench and to learn more about Terry, please visit our website at www.ExceleratedLeadership.com.

Speaking about great books and great leaders, let’s reintroduce you to Doug Moran. Doug Moran is one of the earliest ELP coaches. We bring him up because four years ago he wrote and launched his book If You Will Lead: Enduring Wisdom for 21st-Century Leaders. You see, Doug is one of the best, and we couldn’t be more excited that he’s been on our team for years—helping some organizations rise beyond some fairly difficult circumstances. Credentials include the top certifications as an executive coach, one of the senior most positions in Governor Allen’s Cabinet, and exemplary executive service for Capital One. As the beach reading begins to wane, we urge you to consider grabbing Doug Moran’s book, If You Will Lead, for some more serious fare. We are proud of our ELP team, as we feel that we are without peer in terms of experience, education, and credentials.
