At ELP, Marcelle blends strategy and execution with warm energy. Beyond her corporate work, she is an adjunct professor at VCU’s School of Business and a celebrated facilitator for Richmond’s Chamber of Commerce (ChamberRVA). Her mission is to help people transform sparks of possibility into achievement.

An animal welfare advocate, Marcelle spends her free time volunteering with local rescues. Whether coaching executives or helping animals, she is driven by a desire to elevate those around her.
