A former submariner, Ray started his career as a US Navy nuclear operator and nuclear prototype instructor. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School, a Master of Science degree in Management from Albertus Magnus College, and a Master of Art in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
